WHO WAS WHO IN OBAMA’S MI COMPLEX

This 2009 photograph of President Obama with his top intelligence officials at the National Counterterrorism Center in Virginia may look like a typical boring picture of government bureaucrats. But it’s actually a great look into the inner workings of the joint venture that runs US intelligence. That man just to the left of the POTUS is Michael Leiter, the former director of NCTC. He is now a director at Leidos Inc., one of the nation’s largest intelligence contractors, after serving for several years as a top executive with Palantir Inc., a “big data” company with major contracts with the NSA. Next to Leiter is John Brennan, who was the first director of the NCTC and is now CIA Director. Prior to joining the Obama administration, Brennan was a senior executive at The Analysis Corporation, which in 2003 was acquired by Sotera Defense Solutions, a major contractor for the NSA. Intelligence is now longer a revolving door; it’s a spinning door.
